A bit about me !
I’m Carole O'Halloran—a mother, partner, health coach, yoga teacher, and special needs assistant. After 20 years in retail and a redundancy during Covid, I realised I’d lost touch with what brought me joy. A late diagnosis of being neurodiverse helped me understand that my struggles weren’t personal failings, but part of how my mind works. Through study and lived experience, I deepened my understanding of neurodiversity. I completed 200 hour yoga teacher training, children's yoga and training for people with additional needs which I found so enlightening and rewarding. I then trained as a Yin Yoga teacher and found that it creates an environment whether you can really check in with your body and realign it with your mind so they are working in sync with each other and supporting each other. I now hold diplomas in both Autism Studies and Health Coaching. My focus is on balance, self-compassion, and celebrating the small wins. Life is tough—but with the right support, it can also be meaningful, grounded, and joyful.

The word for me conjures up so many emotions. To me it give me the image of what drives us, what puts fire in our belly, and what gives us the sense of "joie de vivre" or "carpe diem".

Mission
To create a safe, inclusive, and empowering space where individuals - neurodiverse or neurotypical, adults or children can explore their unique pathways to wellness.
Through personalised health coaching and yoga, I guide clients toward balance, resilience, and self-discovery, helping them overcome challenges and embrace their strengths.
My mission is to inspire growth, foster understanding, and support every individual in living a vibrant, authentic life. To do this with a pep in my step and a lightness inside.
