Personalised Plans for Neurodiverse Individuals and Families

Welcome to a wellness journey crafted just for you! Whether you’re neurodivergent, newly diagnosed, or supporting a neurodivergent loved one, this plan is designed to honor your individuality. Together, we’ll create a comprehensive roadmap that considers the unique interplay of physical health, emotional resilience, sensory needs, and mental clarity within a neurodiverse context.

For parents or caregivers of neurotypical (NT) children or those navigating a loved one’s diagnosis, this journey also includes tailored support to help you build understanding, strength, and effective strategies.

This is your journey, and it’s designed to reflect your unique self or the needs of your family. By building a foundation of understanding, flexibility, and empowerment, we’ll create a future full of balance and resilience. Ready to start? Let’s take the first step together!

Stress Management

Stress doesn’t have to control your life—this is something I’ve learned from personal experience. Life can feel overwhelming, especially when navigating the challenges of neurodivergence or supporting a loved one who is neurodiverse. The fear of the unknown, the future, and the weight of daily struggles can feel daunting, but it doesn’t have to define your journey.

For neurodivergent individuals, we’ll work together to understand the root causes of stress—whether it’s sensory overload, navigating social situations, or managing change. We’ll create tailored strategies, incorporating mindfulness, sensory-friendly routines, and practical tools to make each day more manageable and empowering.

For neurotypical family members, we’ll focus on providing education, coping strategies, and tools to better understand and support your loved ones. Whether you’re a parent, sibling, or partner, you’ll gain insights into how to communicate effectively, manage your own stress, and build a supportive environment.

Challenges can feel insurmountable, but with the right resources and support, they become stepping stones for growth and connection. Together, we’ll create a roadmap toward a calmer, more hopeful future—one step at a time.

Changing of Habits

Stress doesn’t have to control your life—this is something I’ve learned from personal experience. Life can feel overwhelming, whether you’re neurodivergent, neurotypical, or supporting a loved one who is. The fear of the unknown, worries about the future, and the weight of daily challenges can feel daunting, but they don’t have to define your journey.

For neurodivergent individuals, we’ll work together to identify the unique stressors you face—whether it’s sensory overload, navigating social situations, or adapting to change. Through tailored strategies like mindfulness, sensory-friendly routines, and practical tools, we’ll make each day more manageable and empowering, honoring your strengths and needs.

For neurotypical individuals, whether you're coping with personal stress or supporting a neurodivergent family member, we’ll focus on equipping you with tools to navigate challenges. Together, we’ll explore education, communication strategies, and ways to create a supportive, inclusive environment that works for everyone.

Challenges, while difficult, are also opportunities for growth and connection. By embracing understanding and working together, we can turn obstacles into stepping stones. Let’s create a path toward a calmer, more hopeful future—one step at a time.

Mindful Yoga and Healing

Making conscious decisions begins with equipping yourself with tools that foster balance and resilience. Through your personalised plan, we’ll explore practices like yoga, meditation, and breathwork—tailored to support both your body and mind. Whether you're just beginning or refining your approach, our gentle guidance will help you find calm, clarity, and strength, meeting you where you are on your journey.

Much like a gym trains your body, these practices are designed to strengthen your mind. Together, we’ll decipher what challenges to face head-on and what to accept, creating strategies to manage situations beyond your control. It’s about learning to navigate the present moment while building a foundation for a more resilient future.

Mindful yoga goes beyond physical movement; it’s a pathway to healing and self-discovery. Gentle poses, intentional breathwork, and heightened awareness help release emotional tension and foster inner peace. Whether managing stress, grief, or physical strain, this practice is a supportive space for balance and growth. Think of it as prescriptive yoga, tailored to your unique needs—an approach that acknowledges that perfection isn’t the goal. Instead, it’s about aligning your body and mind to work in unison, creating moments of stillness to draw upon in times of need.

For neurodivergent individuals, these practices can help manage sensory overload, process emotions, and develop a stronger connection between mind and body. For neurotypical individuals supporting a neurodiverse loved one, these tools can foster empathy, build emotional resilience, and provide a space to process your own experiences.

Inspired by concepts like those in The Body Keeps the Score by Bessel van der Kolk, we’ll explore how stress and trauma are stored in the body and how movement and mindfulness can aid release and healing. It’s not about achieving the perfect pose but about creating a supportive emotional toolkit for the present and future. Together, we’ll build a strong foundation, empowering you to face life’s challenges with confidence and grace.

Weight Loss

With a holistic approach, I can help you empower yourself to achieve sustainable weight management by focusing on balanced nutrition, mindful movement, and emotional well-being. Together, we’ll create personalised plans that integrate yoga, health coaching, and the principles of Prana to align your lifestyle with your unique needs. My ethos is about creating habits that nurture both body and mind, fostering a healthy, compassionate relationship with food and self.

Weight and health are deeply personal and emotional topics. It’s not just about medical guidelines or counting grams—it’s about how you feel in your skin, how your body moves, and how confidently you wear your favourite clothes. Let’s move away from the shame imposed by societal ideals and focus on what truly works for you.

For neurodivergent individuals, this might include addressing unique challenges like difficulty recognising fullness or sensory preferences with food. For those who emotionally eat or overeat under stress, we’ll explore the triggers and create strategies to manage these patterns with compassion and without judgment.

Science increasingly highlights how our gut health impacts overall well-being, including mental health. Shows like You Are What You Eat and emerging research emphasize the connection between what we eat and how we feel. Together, we’ll simplify these complexities, helping you identify the best fit for your body and metabolism so that you remain in control.

This isn’t about perfection; it’s about progress. With the right tools and mindset, we’ll work to make lasting, positive changes that leave you feeling empowered, balanced, and at home in your body.

Inclusivity

Inclusivity is at the heart of everything I do. Everyone deserves a safe and supportive space to explore wellness, regardless of their background, abilities, or challenges. Here, you’ll be seen, valued, and met with compassion every step of the way—empowering your journey to be personal, meaningful, and transformative.

For parents or caregivers of neurodiverse individuals, the journey can feel isolating. You may hear phrases like “they look normal,” yet no one sees the struggles that happen behind closed doors. It can feel overwhelming to decide what’s best for your loved ones. Together, we can create a plan that considers the needs of the neurodiverse individual and the caregiver alike.

It’s so important to keep your own “bucket” full—whether that means finding time for self-care, seeking support, or simply taking a breath. Like the flight crew’s reminder to “fasten your own life vest first,” this isn’t selfish; it’s essential. When you care for yourself, you’re better equipped to care for others.

For neurodiverse individuals and their families, the label is often a double-edged sword. It’s just a label, yet it’s also not just a label. It can provide clarity, understanding, and access to resources—but it doesn’t define the whole person. Each individual is so much more than a diagnosis, and every family has unique strengths and challenges.

Whether you’re neurodiverse, neurotypical, or navigating the intersection of both, support is here. When it’s hard to know where to start, I’m here to help you find your way—working together to create a balanced, supportive, and empowering plan for everyone involved.
